The owners of a pair of local businesses have submitted their business license applications to the City of Cape Girardeau Community Development Department.

• Suzana Higgins of Cape Girardeau opened Turk Dawgs, a sit-down hot dog and hamburger restaurant, at 2502 Tanner Drive in City Centre. The restaurant also sells various appetizers, salads and sandwiches.
