Doctor of osteopathic medicine Michelle Tedrowe has joined Mercy Southeast’s sports medicine team. She will work at Mercy Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, located at 650 S. Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau.

"My goal is to keep all ages moving, whether that be through organized sports or after-dinner evening walks, and assist them in recovering from injuries,” Tedrowe said in a news release. “I’m looking forward to becoming a part of this community and becoming active with them.”

Hailing from San Antonio, Tedrowe earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas and graduated medical school from Arkansas State University. She completed a family medicine residency at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a sports medicine fellowship at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina.
