James Edward Cissell, 88, of Brewer died Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, at Independence Care Center of Perry County.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, and from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at Ford and Young Funeral Home in Perryville.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer, with the Rev. Jay Jung, C.M., officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
