U.S. Rep. Jason Smith, who represents Missouri's 8th District, was the featured speaker Wednesday, Aug. 21, at Pints & Politics.

At the Rust Center for Media in Cape Girardeau, Smith addressed a number of local, state, national and international issues, including his chairmanship of the House's Ways and Means Committee, immigration, tax policy and the U.S. Postal Service.
